Chanel gives a great example of how to take the everyday, simple yet beautiful piece to light with bright and colorful accessories. To me, it is such an inspiring thing to me, to see a huge brand like Chanel endorse such a concept, especially during these past seasons of such bright colors/ patterns! The most interesting thing to me about this line is how they stylize these very neutral pieces throughput their line. Hints of brown or lipstick pink are weeded throughout the line to style different outfits. To me, this struck me as the perfect thing to share with my fellow readers of Confuidentlyneutral.

A very important lesson can be learned by this past Chanel collection at the Paris Fashion Week of 2020, do not be afraid of color. I h=am a huge advocate for timeless pieces of fashion that you have the ability to layer with or without season after season. The reason why I strive to push the awareness of a neutral wardrobe is for the freedom it gives those individuals through their wardrobe. Depending on what accessories you might be feeling that day, you can capture that mood you're feeling through those accessories while keeping the same wardrobe years after years. This then solves the sustainability crisis on the issues of Fast Fashion and trends fading very quickly, thus resulting in excess clothing in landfills.

Take some advice from the Queen of fashion brand's Chanel: the color will always fade, but neutrals last forever.

Happy Styling!
